PARODA: Ugem Rising Club got the better of Raia SC 3-2 via the tie-breaker to enter into the quarter-finals of Assis Afonso memorial inter-village football tournament organised by Fr. Agnelo Youth SC of Paroda, at Avedem Panchayat ground, on Sunday.
At the end of regulation time, both teams failed to open an account, resulting in goalless draw.
In the resultant tie-breaker, Ugem Rising club netted through Aliston Souza, Ashley Costa and Cleword Pereira while for Raia SC Joyston Cardozo and Danny Fernandes were on target.
