RAIA: Verna Sports Club registered a solitary goal win over Fr Agnelo Youth Sports Club Paroda to move to the quarter-finals of the 48th Chandor Seamen Football tournament, at Chandor ground, on Friday.
After a barren first half, the Paroda boys gave their all in the first half and in search of a goal, all their efforts were warded off by the Verna defence which was rock solid.
