PORIEM: Health Minister and Valpoi MLA Vishwajit Rane said that encouraging sports at a young age builds discipline, confidence and a healthier lifestyle. Rane was speaking after inaugurating the futsal ground at Honda-Sattari, recently.
“Participation in sports is need of the hour, so we have started this facility because it will encourage more youth to participate and make the most of this initiative,” Rane added.
With the opening of Honda’s futsal ground, which features seating and a gymnasium, a significant step was taken to encourage sports and fitness among kids and young people. This dedicated space will provide them with the opportunity to train, stay active, and develop their skills in a well-equipped environment.
Poriem MLA Dr Deviya Rane, Zilla Panchayat Sagun Wadkar, Honda Sarpanch Shivdas Madkar were also present.
