Telephone and Net services of BSNL are getting from bad to worse more so during the monsoons as the telephone and internet works intermittently causing a lot of inconvenience to the subscriber.
The primary cause of this is the naked joints at the poles and boxes which are exposed to the weather and which should have been ideally terminated into a junction box fitted on the pole.
These naked joints are also within an arm’s length and can be easily tapped by miscreants to make ISD/STD calls during late hours. Repeated complaints to the local exchange have fallen on deaf ears.
It is high time BSNL upgrades its network with the latest technology in this highly competitive sector and give its subscribers value for money they deserve.
