Pedestrians had a miraculous escaped on Thursday morning after low tension wires came down on the pavement near the Aga Khan Park.
Electricity AE, Sunil Wadekar said no one was injured in the incident was immediately put off by the department.
The incident occurred when a Coach carrying heavy luggage came in contact with the overhead wires, bringing down the cables and the cable guard.
“As per the report of the traffic constable, the cables and the guarding came down because the bus carrying heavy luggage. No one is injured in the incident”, he said, even though some said a woman was injured after she fell down.
