Internet speed very slow at Margao

Since August 1, Airtel internet is working very slow in Margao.  I also checked with more five Airtel users from the town, who have also confirmed the issue.  Unfortunately, complaints to Airtel have elucidated no reply.  I hope the concerned authorities look into the matter at the earliest.
