Four senior citizens cycle from Pune to Goa for Nageshi Saptah

NAGESHI:  The seven day Saptah of Lord Nagesh started from Tuesday at Nageshi Bandora. This is the 72nd anniversary of Lord Nagesh Saptah.
In an admirable feat, four senior citizens cycled from Pune to Goa for the Nageshi Saptah. Arun Navse, Dattatray Potdar, Dr Nirupama Bhave and Jayashtri Jadhav cycled all the way to Goa and reached on Monday. Dr Nirupama Bhave was a professor and head of the department of mathematics.
Initially, Dattatray Potdar came to Nageshi for the Saptah and liked the atmosphere. He then convinced his other three companions to come to Goa.
Before coming to Goa the four were part of a cycling club, with the aim of staying fit. When they decided to come to Goa they increased their cycling distance to 100 kilometres. They said it was a very special experience to come by cycle. They stopped on the way and did photography. It is a lovely feeling to be out in the open and soak in nature, they said.
They loved the prayer and worship atmosphere at Nageshi Temple.
