PANJIM: The State Cabinet on Wednesday granted a further six-month extension to six offshore casinos in River Mandovi till the government finalises an alternative feasible site to relocate them.
Chief Minister Dr Pramod Sawant said that the offshore casinos licensees will remain in River Mandovi for a further period of six months from April 1, 2021 to September 30, 2021 or till an alternative feasible site is finalised by the government, whichever is earlier.
