MARGAO: The order on the bail plea of the arrested Navy officers has been reserved by the Sessions court. The hearing was held on Tuesday before Additional Sessions Judge Sherin Paul.
Five Indian Navy personnel were arrested by Vasco Police for assaulting a youth on of October 19. They are Amit Jaiswal, Jitendra Singh, Shamlal Pakshak, Rajnesh Pachar and Commandant Anupam Sharma.
They allegedly assaulted one Atul Dicholkar, a resident of Vasco, suspecting that he abused the daughter of a naval officer.
