PANJIM: The Panjim police raided a gambling den at Taleigao late Sunday evening and arrested nine persons. According to raiding team, the arrested accused, most of whom are from the neighbouring states and residing on the outskirts of Panjim, were caught red-handed playing ‘andar-bahar’ game of cards and indulged in betting. Police also seized Rs 32,500 from their possession.
