Woman alleges bid on life

PONDA: A woman has accused her brother-in-law of outraging her modesty and attempting to kill her. According to Ponda Police, the victim complained that on June 6, her brother-in-law allegedly assaulted her with kicks and threatened her to kill her by setting her on fire. The complainant further stated that the accused person also outraged her modesty and caught hold her mouth and pressed Ratol paste in her mouth, thereby attempting to kill her.
