A woman and her baby were seriously hurt after the car in which they were traveling rammed into a compound wall before turning turtle near Sai Service Centre, Chicalim on Friday morning.
According to Vasco police, the accident occurred when Indrayani Shet (36) and her one-year-old son, who were proceeding at her residence in New Vaddem, in Maruti Zen (GA-06-D-2227) car rammed into a compound wall along the highway.
Police said that driver Indrayani and her son who were injured in the accident were rushed to GMC in Bambolim and are undergoing treatment. Vasco police has registered a case of accident.
