Panjim MLA and former Mayor Babush Monserrate has confirmed progress in the regularisation of workers under the Corporation of the City of Panaji (CCP). Speaking on the matter, Monserrate stated that employees who have been working with the CCP since 2013 have already been regularised.

“As far as the CCP is concerned, those employed from 2013 onwards have been regularised. Their salaries have also been increased accordingly,” he said, adding that the regularisation process for remaining eligible workers is currently underway.
