Woman robbed at St Inez

It was a bitter Dussehra for a resident of a ground floor flat at Valles Building in St Inez, here when a thief managed to get hold of a ladies bag from a grilled window Monday evening.
The bag contained over Rs 9000 in cash, some documents and two blank cheques. A complaint has been filed with the Panjim Town Police immediately after the robbery.
It is suspected that the thief is from the same locality but the police had not called any suspicious persons for inquiry.
