Bhupen Prabhudesai, a local from Shankarwadi also alleged the Deputy Sarpanch for being involved in the illegality of construction of an illicit structure at the cliff of nullah and the installation of a mobile tower in the thickly populated area.

According to Pai, the installation of a mobile tower has been going on her husband’s property. She said her husband has taken all the legal permissions required for the installation of the tower. She also added that she is unaware of the size reduction of any such nullah.

“The allegations put on me are baseless since none of the villagers have ever spoken nor have sent me a complaint copy regarding the illegal installation of mobile tower or reduction of the size of nallah,” said Pai
