Poriem woman complaints of rape
PANJIM (HR): A 30-year-old widow from Poriem has filed a complaint against one Dilip Tukaram Gaonkar, an employee at Water Resources Department of rape and blackmailing.
The complaint registered at the Women’s police station in Panjim states that the accused was friendly with the complainant.
‘He had sex with me outside Goa and her residence,’ the complainant said.
Further, she stated, ‘the accused also forced her to undergo abortion at Bicholim.’
The complainant said that the accused repeatedly forced to have sex with him after threatening to publish her naked photographs.
