Guirdolim Club score big win

MARGAO: Guirdolim Club scored a resounding 12-0 win over Uguem Rising Club in the Goa Football Association Third Division League match played at Chandor ground, on Monday.
Edgar Noronha and Irfan Yadnad scored a hat-trick each for the winners.
Neceil Pinto opened the scoring for the winners in the 4th minute before Edgar scored two in a span of five minutes to take the tally to three goals at the half-hour mark.
Irfan Yadnad scored the fourth before the half-time whistle.
Changing ends, Edgar Nornoha completed his hat-trick in the 48th minute as Stadley Colaco scored the fifth at the hour mark.
 Later, Irfan scored two more goals to net his hat-trick. Stadley completed his brace in the 70thminute. Mario Fernandes was the other goal scorer for the winners before Necil closed the scoring to take the final tally to 9-0.
Meanwhile at Astro Turf Fatorda, Margao SC and SC Davorlim played out a thrilling 2-2 draw.
Floriano Vaz netted the first for Margao but Robinson Colaco levelled terms at the break.
Post resumption, Savio Noronha handed Margao SC lead once again in the 67th minute. But the joy was short-lived as Joel Miranda restored parity within five minutes.
Jeston Fernandes netted a fine hat-trick for SCC Poitomado as they beat Dicarpale SC 6-0.
Navil Fernandes, Benson Fernandes and Melvin Fernandes were the other scorers for the winners.
United Club Benaulim put up a late surge to come from behind to hold United Boys Dando Colva at Benaulim ground.
United Boys took the lead through Baptisto Pinto early in the game. The Colva side led 1-0 at the break. Crossing over, Baptisto doubled the tally to give his side a two goal cushion. But United Club Benaulim didn’t give up as Rody Fernandes pulled a goal back in the 74th minute and Standley Fernandes made it all square in the 81st minute.
At Raia ground, Shiroda YC and MaharudraSCC played out a drab draw.
On Sunday, a four star performance from Chandan Govekar saw Bidesh XI hit nine past Kelbai Sports Club.
Beginning on equal footings, both teams started cautiously; however, Bidesh XI took the lead at the half-hour mark through Chandan. After finding the breakthrough, Bidesh scored two more goals before the breather through Gaurish Bugde and Saish Kavlekar.
Changing ends, Bidesh continued with their onslaught as they scored their fourth through Chandan in the 58th minute. The striker completed his hat-trick in the 73rd minute before adding another in the next minute. Dhyaneshwar Pednekar and Ravi Maitri were the other goal scorers for the winners.
Meanwhile, Chapora Yuvak Sangh scored a narrow 1-0 win over Siolim Sodiem at Chapora ground.
There was no score in the first half. Pratik Dabholkar scored the lone goal of the match in the 76thminute.
