There are three races. The full tower run, the team tower run and the vertical sprint: one building only.
In the individual event, participants have to run up and down the stairs of Gera’s Imperium II, Gera’s Imperium I, Kamat Plaza, Star Bhavan (Bank of India) and Dempo Trade Centre, and then to the finish.
While in the team challenge category, teams of five members do a relay. Each person runs up and down one building and passing the baton to the next. There are three team categories mainly groups, corporate and inter-collegiate.
The vertical sprint involves only one building with a race up the seven stories of Gera’s Imperium II and down again.
The online registration for the Linc Tower Run can be done on www.towerrunning.in and is open till January 28. Those who wish to register offline can fill the entry form at the CII office on the first floor of Salgaocar Centre, Rua de Ourem, Panjim till January 30.
