QUEPEM: Joe Cookies Veterans defeated Fatorda Veterans 6-5 via the tie -breaker to move in to the second round of the Quepem Veterans Cup, played at Borrimol Complex ground, Quepem, on Thursday.
Fatorda Veterans took the lead in the 12th minute through Antionio. Joe Cookies Veterans levelled through Augustine just before the final whistle.
In the resultant tie-breaker Joao, Joaquim, Francis, Sebastian and Paul scored for Joe cookies while Socorro, Agnelo, Joaquim and Joao scored for Fatorda Veterans.
