RAIA: Navelim Sporting Club entered the final defeating Fr Agnel YSC, Paroda, 2-0 in the 41st Sao Jose de Areal Panchayat Cup organised by Sao Jose de Areal at Padribhat ground, Sao Jose de Areal, on Thursday. Navelim SC lead 1-0 at the break.
Navelim SC scored the first goal in the 10th minute through Ronaldo Pereira. Further, Navelim SC inflated the lead through Noah Luis in the 38th minute. Navelim SC’s Noah was awarded the man-of-the-match by coach Bersal Viegas. Navelim Sporting Club will meet Curtorim Gymkhana in the final on October 27.
