Bringing in unwanted railway stations would be a subtle way of Balkanizing Goa.
Sarzora is one of the few places in Chinchinim which has escaped concretization and still maintains its scenic beauty despite its granite quarries, where most of the migrant workers reside. Making a station there will bring in trainloads of unwanted anti-social elements who would commit thefts, rapes murders and fly by night. Like all other stations, it will create slums and garbage around it. Instead, the KRC should improve the facilities existing at stations like Margao. Hope better sense prevails .The station will bring no benefit to the villagers. The disadvantages will out weigh the benefits.
