QUEPEM: The Deputy Collector’s office, Quepem on Wednesday received three nominations for the Quepem Municipal Council elections scheduled on April 23.
Former chairperson Alexandrina Caetaninha filed nomination from Ward XI (General), former vice chairperson Paulo Fernandes from Ward XII (ST) and Prajoyat Prahlad Prabhu Desai from Ward II (General).

The filing of nominations will continue till April 8, the scrutiny of applications will take place on April 9 while the withdrawal of candidature, if any, will be allowed on April 10.
