Salgaocar S C registered a convincing 5-0 victory over Wilred Leisure in the second match of U-20 Taca Goa football tournament at Tilak Maidan, here on Saturday.
Salgaocar led 1-0 at the breather with Dawson Fernandes being the scorer. He later completed his brace in the second half.
Though, Salgaocar struck five goals they got their opener in the injury time of first half through Dawson.
In the second half, hardworking striker Dawson Fernadnes controlled the ball in the box and squared it to Plecio Carvalho who tapped it in in the 71st minute.
Later, Wilred conceded two goals. Oilex Oliveira struck a stunning goal with a solo effort from almost 30 yards in the 78th minute and two minutes later Dawson Fernades scored the fourth goal.
Just before the final whistle, Gilbert Oliveira rounded off the tally.
