Cardinal Oswald Gracias, the Archbishop of Mumbai paid a courtesy call to Goa Governor PS Sreedharan Pillai on Friday. Pillai said Cardinal Oswald Gracias both said they know each other well, even before Pillai became Governor of Goa. Cardinal Oswald who hails from Orlim, described Pillai as an extremely kind man, who had done so much for Goa and India. Cardinal Oswald was presented with a copy of OHeraldo – the Voice of the People.
