Bowing to threats by parents to withdraw their children from the Honda High School, education department appointed Deputy Education officer Ramesh Dande as the administrator of the school on Tuesday. After taking charge, Dande conducted the meeting of the staff and appointed S P Kinelkar, senior most teacher of the school as the acting headmaster with immediate effect.
It may be recalled that the school was functioning without a headmaster since the last two months due to a dispute between management and parents over various issue.
