VASCO: Taking serious note of denial of exemption from payment of stamp duty and registration fees to armed forces, as provided in the notification issued by the government, the President of Veteran Soldiers Welfare Association (VSWA) Goa Krishan Sharan Singh has demanded immediate intervention of government to resolve the issue. Under an earlier government notification, soldiers are exempted from paying stamp duty and registration fee.
