PANJIM: Vasco Veterans defeated Bardez Veterans 3-0 in the all Goa veterans football, organised by Bicholim Veterans at Shivaji Maharaj Maidan, Bicholim, on Sunday.
Seby Vaz scored a brace for the winners while Vishant Pednekar added the third. Goa Assembly Speaker Rajesh Patnekar was the chief guest and gave away the prizes to the winners and runners-up in the presence of guest of honour Fr Adolfo Alvares and other dignitaries.
