MARGAO: A 39-year-old man Shamsher Ali from Dehradun, Uttarakhand committed suicide by hanging herself to the ceiling fan in his hotel room at Station Road, Margao, on Monday.
Upon information Margao police team visited the hotel and broke open the door. A panchanama was conducted and the body was preserved in South Goa District Hospital at Margao for conducting post-mortem examination.

No suicide note was found in a hotel room, the police said. PSI Alvito Rodrigues is investigating the case.
