PONDA: Ponda police team led by PSI Yashwant Madrekar seized liquor bottles worth around Rs 60,000 from an Omni van in Shiroda constituency, late night on Saturday.
In this connection, one Harikrishna Laxman Patil (27) from Vaidynagar in Bethora has been arrested for transporting the liquor bottles in the vehicle. The liquor bottles and the arrested person have been handed over to the Excise Department.
