Corporation of the City of Panjim Mayor Rohit Monserrate on Monday informed that the fair held on the sidelines of the Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception’s feast will be held from December 14 to 18 along the promenade. The CCP has decided to limit the number of stalls to avoid causing any inconvenience to the people of Panjim. Speaking about the concretisation of the riverbank in front of Maquinez Palace, Monserrate stated that a footpath and a cycling tract are being constructed and not a jetty for the casinos.
CCP Mayor Rohit Monserrate has warned that the CCP is will be stringent and if there are issues created by vendors the fair will be cancelled.
