Goa resumed the overnight score 140/5 in 61 overs of their second innings after Deepraj Gaonakar’s brilliant knock of 74. The batsmen continued his good form and went on to score a century (103 of 222 balls) as Goa posted 275 in 106 overs.
Vidarbha needed 258 runs in their second innings to win the match but were bundled out for 118 in 44 overs.
Amulya Pandrekar and Vedant Naik were the star performers as the duo clinched four wickets each.
Lakshay Garg also played an instrumental role with a six wicket haul as Vidarbha tumbled in their first innings after taking a 17 run lead.
