MARGAO: Margao’s Gandhi market vendors have now joined the chorus of opposition to sales and exhibitions in the Commercial capital.
A delegation of Gandhi market vendors on Tuesday called on the Margao Municipal Chief Officer and demanded a stop to sales cum exhibitions in the commercial capital. The delegation led by former MLA Babu Azgaonkar impressed upon the chief Officer Deepali Naik to stop permissions for the sales and exhibitions, saying the activity has hit hard the business activity of city traders and businessman.
