TALEIGAO: CRC Chinchinim Veterans downed Excel Rovers Veterans, Loutolim 1-0 in the 6th All Goa Panjim Veterans Football tournment played at Taleigao ground, on Sunday.
The all important goal was scored by Martin Dias from a fine pass by Orlando Viegas.
Excel Rovers attacked but luck was not on their side as they failed to score time and again and missed easy sitters by Caitano Dias.
Paulo Almeida proprietor of Temptation Restaurant – Miramar was the Chief Guest and gave away the Man-of-the-Match to Methy Dias of Excel Rovers Veterans.
