PANJIM: Chief Minister Dr Pramod Sawant on Tuesday left for Delhi where he is expected to meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi and other Union Ministers.
This is Sawant’s first visit to the national capital after taking over the reins of the State for the second time on March 28.

Besides Modi, the Chief Minister is also likely to meet Union Home Minister Amit Shah and other Union ministers and discuss Goa related issues.
In view of Sawant’s visit to Delhi, the State Cabinet meeting scheduled on Wednesday has been postponed.
