PANJIM: Information Officer John Aguiar has asked all those who will be attaining the age of 18 years as of January 1, 2019, to apply online through the national voter service portal https://www.nvsp.in/ of the Election Commission of India. The services can be used by mobile phones too. They may also register their names in the electoral list manually by visiting the concerned Assistant Electoral Registration officer at Mamlatdar office.
He urged people to ensure that their names are not repeated in the list in more than one area.
