PANJIM: The High Court of Bombay at Goa will shortly hold final hearing into yet another petition alleging illegal recruitment in the Health Department.
Petitioner Minal Shirodkar, aged 29 years, has urged the court to quash and set aside the selection list and consequential orders to the post of Muti Purpose Health Worker MPHW (M), MPGW (F) and AHM dated December 7, 2021.

The petitioner also sought fresh conduct of exams and to draw a fresh select list while also granting interim relief by staying the operation of the impugned orders of appointment.
The court has posted the matter for final hearing along with other petitions challenging the recruitment process in the same department.
