RAIA: Host Guardian Angel SC, Curchorem, trounced Don Bosco Oratory, Fatorda, 4-0 to cruise into the final of the Guardian Angel Festival soccer inter-village football tournament played at Figueiredo ground, Curchorem, on Sunday.
Guardian Angel SC were leading by a goal scored by Clifford Diniz in the 10th minute of the match.

Cliff Barreto’s power-packed shot in the first session of play was saved by Guardian Angel SC keeper.
In the second session, Norman Dias scored two quick goals to take the tally to 3-0 in the 49th and 54th minute.
Don Bosco Oratory also had chances of scoring the goals but Hanslum Furtado, Elroy Barreto, Roque Borges and Milson Barreto missed the target. Veteran Alvito D’Cunha made the issue much safer for host team scoring the fourth goal in the 59th minute of the match. Norman Dias who scored two goal for Guardian Angel SC was adjudged as the man-of-the-match.
The Guardian Angel SC will now meet Curtorim Gymkhana in the final slated on November 19.
