PANJIM: A nine-month-old baby boy from Kursawado, Maddant-Divar, namely Ridham, son of Renuka and Raju Mohan Kundaikar, has been diagnosed with liver disease wherein part of the liver is damaged and bleeding.

The patient was treated in a private hospital in the State for one and half month. However, since there is no improvement in his condition, the patient will be shifted to Wadia Hospital, Mumbai, wherein an estimated Rs 25 lakh will be required for further treatment.
Since parents cannot afford this huge sum, an appeal has been made to the general public and philanthropists to contribute for the child’s treatment.
