NEW DELHI: Delhi urban development secretary Dr Rajesh Kumar Srivastava, a 1984 batch IAS officer of the Union Territory cadre, was transferred to join the Goa Government in a major reshuffle of the senior bureaucrats effected on Tuesday.
e is credited with a major role played in regularisationof some 895 unauthorised colonies in the capital.
