MARGAO, AUG 19 The Panaji bench of the Bombay high court has issued a notice to the state of Goa and the village Panchayat of Chinchinim on a writ petition filed by the Green Goa Foundation on the issue of illegal parking in the Chinchinim bazaar causing obstruction to the free flow of traffic.
