Chief Minister Pramod Sawant has assured the Goa Legislative Assembly that all sports associations that have submitted their utilisation certificates will receive their pending payments within the next two months.
The assurance came in response to Goa Forward Party MLA Vijai Sardesai, who raised concerns over significant outstanding dues, ₹11.51 crore owed to the Goa Football Association (GFA) and ₹60 lakh to the Goa Badminton Association.
