NUVEM: Chinchinim Veterans defeated Nuvem Veterans 3-1 and moved into the quarter-finals of the Nuvem inter-village Veterans Cup, organised by Nuvem Veterans, at Jesus Mary Joseph church ground, Nuvem, on Wednesday.
Both team were goalless at the end of regulation time.
In the tie-breaker, Jitendra Bhisr, Rosario Dias and Inacio Cardozo netted for Chinchinim Veterans while only Remmy Colaco scored for Nuvem Veterans.
