Taxi operators have secured temporary relief as toll collection on the Dharagal-Mopa NH-166S link road is deferred beyond August 10. Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Sawant assured Green Cab drivers of the delay following a meeting where operators presented a memorandum voicing strong concerns over the proposed toll charges on the airport route. This marks another postponement in toll implementation amid ongoing protests from local taxi operators. While the collection has been temporarily halted, official details regarding a revised commencement date for the toll on this stretch are still awaited.
