Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy on Friday received the ‘Aryadan Mohammed – 2026’ Best Public Servant Award, instituted by the Aryadan Mohammed Foundation in memory of veteran Congress leader Aryadan Mohammed.
Congress general secretary (organisation) KC Venugopal presented the award to Reddy at a function in Nilambur, according to the Telangana Chief Minister’s Office.

Speaking after receiving the honour, Reddy recalled his association with Kerala and said he had always received a warm welcome in the state. He also referred to his participation in the Bharat Jodo Yatra led by Congress leader Rahul Gandhi.
Reddy said he had no personal political ambitions left and that his remaining dream was to see Rahul Gandhi become Prime Minister.
The award recognises Reddy’s public service, with the foundation instituted to honour the legacy of Aryadan Mohammed.
