MARGAO: Seby Moraes, 35, a resident of Navelim, succumbed to his burn injuries while undergoing treatment at Goa Medical College hospital, on Tuesday.
On being informed, the Colva police visited the hospital and conducted the inquest panchanama.
After conducting post mortem, body of Moraes was handed over to his brother namely Frank Moraes, for final rites.
The case is under investigation.
