Two women were injured in separate but similar incidents near Chandor ground, after an unidentified miscreant allegedly pushed them off their scooters late on Sunday night.
According to sources, the helmeted man approached the victims under the cover of darkness and pulled at their clothes, causing them to lose balance and fall onto the road. About 15 minutes later, a second incident occurred along the same stretch, leaving another woman injured.

The motive behind the attacks — whether attempted theft or harassment — is yet to be established. Police have launched an investigation and are examining CCTV footage from the area to identify the culprit.
