The Feast of Our Lady of Rosary was celebrated with great devotion and enthusiasm on Wednesday at Navelim, drawing thousands of faithful from across Goa and beyond. Worshippers flocked to the Navelim Church from the early hours to take part in the solemn Eucharistic celebrations marking the annual feast.
Fr. Alexio Menezes, Parish Priest of Our Lady of Health Church, Cuncolim, presided over the High Mass as the main celebrant. In his homily, he emphasised the significance of living according to the teachings of Jesus Christ and the virtues embodied by Mother Mary. Fr. Menezes reminded the congregation that Mother Mary consistently led people to Jesus through her life and actions, urging the faithful to emulate her example and strive to be true disciples. He also called for unity, peace, joy and harmony within families and the community.

Extending his greetings on the festive occasion, Fr. Gabriel Coutinho, Parish Priest of Our Lady of Rosary Church, Navelim, conveyed his heartfelt wishes to all parishioners and devotees. He prayed that everyone may grow deeper in faith and continue to receive the blessings of Our Lady of Rosary.
