A goods vehicle driver travelling from Mardol to Ponda narrowly escaped a major accident after an oncoming truck took a wrong turn and crashed into his vehicle. The impact left the front portion of the goods carrier completely mangled.
Despite the severity of the crash, the driver sustained only minor injuries to his right arm. Police have conducted a panchanama at the site and have begun investigating the incident, including verifying the truck driver’s negligence.
