Chirag Datta Naik, a Congress leader from Margao, continued his hunger strike opposing the proposed two-storeyed construction within the Margao Municipal Garden, spending the night at the protest site.
Naik remained at the garden premises overnight, choosing to sleep on-site as part of his ongoing agitation against the project.
