The Central Board of Direct Taxes, with the sanction of the President of India, has appointed Advocate Swati Kamat Wagh as the Special Public Prosecutor for the Income Tax Department in Goa.
According to the official order, Advocate Wagh will represent the Income Tax Department before the Economic Offences Court, Sessions Court and subordinate courts across Goa.
